Cross-sectional study in a non-probabilistic sample, composed of 182 records a result of the application of the battery of psychosocial risk in District teachers. The result of the investigation established that stress levels are high where 62% have very high and high risk. The investigation analyzed psychosocial factors, the results provide tools for the development of epidemiological surveillance programs. Among the most important findings it was that there is moderate but significant association with the mastery of leadership and social relationships at work, control and job demands and rewards. These factors should prioritize when formulating programs and intervention strategies.
