Complementación del diseño de un sistema de información para la toma de decisiones caso FNA

To solve Colombians housing needs has been an important issue in public policies for governments over time. As for this reason, various strategies have been implemented, which have ranged from the creation of institutions responsible for the administration of housing projects, through the incorporation of public and private entities that are linked through lending business, encourage the construction of different housing options and designing financial measures seeking affordable credits and stimulating disbursement through financial institutions. The FNA plays a crucial role in solving the Colombians needs for home ownership, there has been understood that used housing is also part of the solution, and also the idea is to integrate within the financing credit studies, this project, in order to link dealers and buyers, ranked by properties price and loan amounts approved for optimizing the work of the FNA and decrease the cases of loan repayment by beneficiary, because of lack of housing options that fit their budget. Also within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility and to respond to the expectations of one of the FNA Priority Stakeholders, in accordance with one of the seven core subjects enshrined ISO 26.000 entitled “Consumer Subject” is an added value to the functions and services provided by FNA to its affiliates to facilitate the purchase of their home.
