Abstract

In this paper we analyze the market and propose the strategic planning for the Hotel Campestre La Margarita located in Nimaima - Cundinamarca, in order to increase profitability indicators for the owners, based on a marketing plan that allows identifying key success factors and strategies to achieve the desired positioning in target markets.
