Diplomacia cultural de Colombia: una estrategia de política exterior para acercarse a Asia-Pacífico (2010-2015)

Abstract

This study case seeks to show how the Colombian cultural diplomacy has been used as an approaching foreign policy strategy towards Asia - Pacific managing to diversify their political relations. Therefore, with the intention of being an explanatory research, it appears that Colombia’s cultural diplomacy is an instrument of soft power, which through projects can strengthen its relations and can cooperate in different areas with the states of the Pacific Basin since 2010.
