Abstract

In Colombia, no one is exempt from going through a complicated economic situation and this, no doubt, is also experienced by companies which can be insolvent. So things, what is sought is that through testimonies of companies "broken" is explained to the listeners about a legal lifeguard. For this, it is counted, among others, with the voice of the exsuperintendent of Societies, Francisco Reyes, a promoter, expert lawyer, financial coach and psychologist. During the report the causes of the bankruptcy are explained, the legal tool to go before that scenario -including the requirements and benefits- along with the voices of businessmen who decided to go to this lifeguard, known juridically as the reorganization process.
