Estudio de Fortaleza C.E.I.F. Considerado como un caso deportivo de éxito
The objective of this case of study was to describe and analyze the factors of the unity of study, in this case, Fortaleza C.E.I.F. to define it as a business case of success. Financial, marketing and organizational variables, were analyzed. For this, the case of study needed to use the methodology of case of study analysis, with a mix method, where qualitative and quantitative data was collected. Three techniques were used for the research: observation in field, interviews and data collection. It was concluded that the main success of Fortaleza were the marketing strategies, the social work behind the sport and the organizational objectives. Meanwhile, the financial strategies does not affect the success of the organization.
