Companies in their strategic direction require structuring activities to maintain control and order on the training carried out by personnel entering the company. On this basis, it was identified that the company Schlumberger Surenco SA, dedicated to the provision of oil and gas, did not have a clear training scheme where not only knowledge and project objectives but vital details are presented for performance within the office at the time of admission to the project company. According to this need we decided to create a training plan and training for new staff who will enter the shopping area also called Galileo Project, taking into account the needs of themselves and the information that is the basis for initiating career development inside the company. For this, it was necessary most experienced workers to meet and decide as would be the optimal way to train new income according to the skills and knowledge of each; It was reached a consensus and trainers found that people would be chosen according to their profile and experience. After identifying the right people for training and key points to highlight in training it proceeded with the formulation of strategies for induction course presentation and the viability of them.
