El proceso de deslegitimación del fuero militar: un debate sobre la conveniencia de la ampliación de la justicia penal militar en Colombia (1985-2013)

The Military Penal Justice is the most important historical privilege that has been granted to the Military Forces of Colombia due to their public function. That is why; this investigation has the purpose to understand the reasons that have made The Courts of Law a figure increasingly restricted, not only around the world, but also in Colombia. In this work, the role of the victims will be transcendental for understand the delegitimation of the martial institution, which is the same that the creation of a national debate around the convenience of the expansion of their legal powers of its especial jurisdiction. Finally, this work will show a possible alternative as of the notion about the theory of Justice from John Rawls in the XX century, with the purpose to solve this political, legal and social issue.
