Abstract

In February 2010, the Casa Editorial El Tiempo announced the closure of Cambio magazine. This report provides elements to better understand the disappearance of the magazine and shows a specific example of how in the practice of journalism may conflict economic and political interests of media owners with the objectives of the journalists.
