Abstract

In the search for solutions to the armed conflict in Colombia, has intruded a range of actors, where civil society has been of great importance. The Middle Magdalena is a region where different armed groups, in addition to issues surrounding poverty, underdevelopment. Reasons Corporation Development and Peace in the Middle Magdalena at the head of Father Francisco de Roux SJ, with the help of civil society held a Parallel Diplomacy for resources of International Cooperation of the EU and the first Peace Laboratory was built in Colombia. This is developed not only for innovation proposals villagers to end the conflict, but also to promote development of the region, showing it importance of Parallel Diplomacy developed by civil society in international settings, known by various documents, videos and scholarly articles.
