Review of the job insecurity literature: The case of Latin America

Abstract

The present article explains the core aspects addressed in the job insecurity literature, including definitions, measures, and consequences for the workers and their organizations. It furthermore aims to take this literature one step further by ummarizing job insecurity studies from Latin America, and by hinting at routes for future research particularly in the context of Latin America.
