Resumen
Colombia is a country internationally recognized for the coffee we produce. Normally an activity related to the peasant population, but what happens when the coffee is cultivated, processed and sold by indigenous communities? In this podcast we spoke with Maria Galvis and her graduate work in anthropology entitled "The heterogeneity of the Arhuaco world and coffee: A look at temporality and the discourses around the organic production of coffee in Jewrwa, Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta". An interesting proposal that shows us the importance of coffee in the traditional and daily life of this indigenous community.
