Estrategias didácticas basadas en arte para el desarrollo del liderazgo en la Maestría en Dirección de la Universidad del Rosario

This research aims to study the concept of leadership that handles the Rosario University in its Master on Direction and also the methodology used to develop it. Based on these results, it is intended to investigate alternatives to complement both the concept and the didactic to form leadership. The intention is to find alternatives based on artistic techniques to be able to demonstrate that through arts it is possible to develop several, not to say all, skills concerning to an integral and effective leader. The idea of demonstrating this is to propose to the University to include within the Master Document and hence within the Master on Direction program, didactic strategies based on arts to develop an integral and effective leadership in directors, which will also strengthen the distinctive factor that characterizes the program in a national level nowadays.
