ÚLTIMOS RETOS PARA EL DERECHO PRIVADO: LAS NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN

Abstract

The article analyzes some of the forms in which private law has been affected as a result of the incidence of the new technologies of the information and the communication in our society. For it, the following methodologic structure will be considered: in the first place it will developed a brief introduction on the new technologies of the information and the communication, and its incidence in c entral subjects of affectation of the priva te law by the new technologies are exposed, for which the following scheme will be used· a) the electronic surroundings; c) the responsibility and the insurances in the electronic surroundings; d) the law of the consumer and the privacy in the electronic surroundings, and e) the electronic bank and the means of payment. Finally, in the third part, some conclusions will developed.
