Abstract

Election technology that leads to the incorporation of electronic voting is not just a means but involves some knowledge and a change in the electoral culture of citizens. Since the technology can not be understood and implemented correctly and successful while you thought it only as a means necessarily a knowledge of the causes and reasons that intertwine electronic voting processes as a whole. Electoral technology involves rules and daily practices that allow familiarization with the technology of the electorate. Hence it is observed beyond global trends specific traits of each country and its particular history , the processes through which it has passed , political situation , the confidence of citizens in political institutions and electoral bodies , among others that allow proposing strategies to facilitate the implementation of electronic voting or improvement for countries that have already implemented .
