Abstract

This research aims to make an approach to the identification of the steps that companies used to exit the business crisis presenting, analyzing the errors that have significantly affected the company, in economic, social and moral spheres, this with in order to correct them and learn from them last in the business making the labor market. These companies that have gone through this process of continuous improvement are nominated Phoenix Award in enterprise resurgence; this award recognizes the efforts of companies that manage to emerge like a phoenix, to overcome the difficulties that led to the agreement corporate restructuring as established by Law 550/1999. With this award , the University of Rosario in cooperation with the Superintendence of Companies recognize companies that in the midst of a crisis, doomed to a process of voluntary or compulsory liquidation, have shown tenacity to emerge - Supersociedades hand - or which are restructured and down as well as examples of durability and consistency.
