Resumen
The drug trafficking in Mexico is a clear example of International Organized Crime, in which the complex nets of international cooperation, schemed between several groups around the world, articulate in a manner of a great enterprise organized with the purpose of profit, based on the conformation of an alternative economy derived of narcotics traffic and many others activities outside the law, that find in the scanty implementation of politics in the subjects of national security and hemispheric security, the suitable space for its development.
