The purpose of this paper is to develop an export plan that will determine if the company Croc Ltda. is or is not prepared to export it´s product Don Chicharrón . This process is developed with the following information: A fully detailed diagnosis and analysis of the overall state of the company, Market Intelligence information, Proexport Matrix and finally the logistic design plan that will be conducted by the company. Through this investigation it was determined that the company Croc Ltda. is in an average level of internationalization, which means that the company is not prepared to export this product. On the other hand, this study provided the tools to establish that there are several weaknesses that need to be work on in, areas such as Marketing, Operations; Financial and Human Resources. After selecting the possible countries to export and the variables to investigate, the Matriz de Proexport was executed in order to determine the target market, alternative market and contingent market. The result was Peru, Mexico and Spain respectively. At this point, a more detailed investigation is done to find more information about the tree countries. To finish, in the development of a logistics plan it was determined that the best way to export Don Chicharrón is by sea, according to the Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This paper, its investigation and analysis, can be finally concluded by giving the company Croc Ltda. a complete and optimal export plan that will help them through their internationalization process.
