The social, economic and/or cultural features of internal and external relations of nations generate a subject of favorable research in international relations. The work developed in this paper is shown in order to establish the incidence of transnational relations in case the company Carbones del Cerrejón, in the formulation of labor migration policies in our country, regarding the exchange and great movement of people in the wake of foreign direct investment in Colombia generate transnational corporations.
