Mejía Arroyo, Daniela Carolina

This research takes the approach of the subaltern realism of Mohammed Ayoob. The article makes use of qualitative method, sustained in primary sources such as press releases and official statements, and uses secondary sources such as academic journals and documents analysis from specialists in foreign policy, international relations and history.
