Resumen
El trabajo se desarrolla en base al criterio respecto al deber de idoneidad que tienen los proveedores de servicios públicos, destacando su relevancia y entendiendo que son las actividades asumidas por órganos o entidades públicas o privadas, creados por la constitución o las leyes para satisfacer de manera regular y continua a cierta categoría de necesidades que serían de interés general, bien sea en forma directa, mediante concesionario o a través de cualquier otro medio legal sujetos a un régimen de derecho público o privado.
Asimismo, se destaca la relevancia de la creación de organismos reguladores a fin de que el estado cumpla con proteger el derecho de los usuarios de servicios públicos de manera eficiente, razonable y sobre todo entendiendo que toda regulación tiene como pilar fundamental la protección al usuario. Por ello, se desarrollará la función, objetivos y principios que cumplen los organismos reguladores en nuestro país
