Reiterates the decisions made by the participants at the eighteenth session of the CDCC which convened in Trinidad and Tobago over 30 March-April 1, 2000. Lists the documents drafted in respect of these decisions. Describes the procedures taken to ensure the conformity of the draft texts with standard United Nations practice. Outlines the recommendations made by the Office of Legal Affairs at UN Headquarters, New York.
