RESUMEN: Se recolectaron 15 especies y 1 subespecie de holothuroideos. Ypsilothuria talismani, Holothuria (Vaneyothuria) lentiginosa enodis, Amphigymnas bahamensis, Bathyplotes natans, Mesothuria gargantua, Mesothuria rugosa, Pseudostichopus cf. occultatus, Enypniastes eximia, Molpadia barbouri y Molpadia oolitica se registran por primera vez para el Caribe colombiano. Los especímenes fueron recolectados durante la expedición INVEMAR-MACROFAUNA I realizada entre 1998 y 1999 a lo largo del talud continental superior del Caribe colombiano a profundidades entre 200 y 550 m. Se presenta información taxonómica y de distribución, con claves para la identificación de las especies encontradas. ABSTRACT: Fifteen species and one subspecies of holothurids were collected. Ypsilothuria talismani, Holothuria (Vaneyothuria) lentiginosa enodis, Amphigymnas bahamensis, Bathyplotes natans, Mesothuria gargantua, Mesothuria rugosa, Pseudostichopus cf. occultatus, Enypniastes eximia, Molpadia barbouri y Molpadia oolitica are new registers for the Colombian Caribbean. The specimens were collected during INVEMAR-MACROFAUNA I expedition realized between 1998 and 1999 along the upper shelf slope of the Colombian Caribbean to 200-550 m depht. Taxonomic and distribution information, with keys for identification of species found, are given.
