Resumen
This paper addresses some challenges in the Chilean organizations in the strategic attraction and retention of human talent. Because today, the key points not only focus on the economic aspect, but increasingly used more factors related to management compensation, and, directly linked to development programs where one hand plays an important talent in the sense of treatment, work environment, compensation, and development opportunities, etc.., and on the other hand, the organization in which the prestige, growth and image are vital to long-term sustainability.
