Resumen
The field of organizational well-being management in Colombia has been characterized in general by its scarce need to respond to the strategic needs of organizations and their workers. The interventions on the subject are often superficial and not very structured, due to the lack of knowledge about the aspects that sustain human well-being, as well as the absence of local studies on the subject. Thus, the objective of this research was to identify the main factors related to the well-being of the individual. A general state of the art was made, which allowed to select the theoretical foundations and the study variables. The research is based on Ryff's theory of psychological well-being (1989) and the subjective well-being model of Diener (1984) and incorporates the analysis of sociodemographic factors and lifestyles, which group variables related to well-being.
