The structuring of the human talent management system in the company Constructora Jiménez SA, seeks to document the entire process of the area, leaving the empirical and create the processes of selection, training, manuals of job description, general compensation plan based on Valuation of charges by method HAY, plan of compensation of the commercial area through the Colletti methodology, performance evaluation plan 360 degree method and the career plan, taking as base the positions of leadership of the organization establishing competency models and the strategies of Growth through an internal and external diagnosis and analysis of work climate.
The collection of information was obtained through internal surveys, management reports, previous research in the sector, among others.
The analysis allows the company to obtain a system of management by competencies that aligns the area of human talent with the strategy of the organization to fulfill the objectives and goals established by the Board of Directors promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
