Resumen
The Secretary General of the Mayor of Bogotá in 2008 created the Virtual CADE project, in order to bring the District Administration to provide citizens and citizenship consultation procedures and services virtually. Under the figure of supernumeraries, were hired 11 staff responsible for providing support to solve effectively, timely and efficient, the concerns raised by citizens. In addition to search and find the information required by the existing technology platform, developing their skills to bring citizens to prefer the use of the Virtual Channel. One of the drawbacks presented in the organization, is the low level of awareness among Supernumeraries hired because they do not have the skills to perform satisfactorily in the assigned position. This happens because your income to the organization not performed technical tests required.Currently, "the team has problems to resolve concerns in care of Citizens individually or direct. Similarly evidenced the difficulty in finding the information through the existing technological tool in the organization."
Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties presented is proposed in this paper grade, a training plan based on the identification of needs evidenced.
