dc.descriptionEl día 23 del pasado mes de septiembre el Gobierno de España retiró el Anteproyecto de la Ley del Aborto redactado por el Ministerio de Justicia debido a presiones sociales y políticas. Pero como el hecho social no es el único elemento constitutivo del Bioderecho, el presente artículo pretende valorar, desde el punto de vista biojurídico, si dicho texto prelegislativo era conforme o no al Derecho Constitucional y al Derecho de la Unión Europea.

dc.descriptionLast 23th of September the Government of Spain moved away the Abortion Draft wich was wrote by the Department of Justice. There were social and political reasons behind that decision. But the social fact is not the unique fundamental element of Biolaw. The objective of this article is to value, from the point of view of the Biolaw, if that pre legislative text was according to the Spanish Constitution and the European Union Right.
