| dc.description | Los autores se interesan aquí en la construcción de una posible teoría de la transición socialista, teoría que no escribió Marx, pero por la cual se interesó Hugo Chávez Frías, concibiendo la transición determinada por el contexto sociohistórico y cultural donde viven los pueblos que se alzan en revolución contra el capitalismo. En su análisis opinan los autores que una de las determinantes de la Revolución Bolivariana es la construcción del Poder Popular, el que se objetiva en una futura sociedad comunal socialista. Ellos analizan los problemas que, en la actual coyuntura, son el resultado del fracaso en la finanza del ex ministro Giordani y no de la Revolución misma, pero no tuvo tiempo de seguirla concibiendo. | |

| dc.description | The authors treat an hypothesis concerning a transition to socialism, one not posited by Marx, but which interested Hugo Chávez Frías, who conceived such transition within an historical context proposing that peoples from various cultures might rise in revolution against capitalism. In their analysis the authors opine that one of the determining factors in the so called “Bolivarian Revolution” is the establishment of a sector termed Popular Power which has as its objective a future society with socialist ideals actualised by means of a communal structure. The analysis treats certain problems, which in the scenario under study are the result of calamitous policies deployed by the former Minister Giordani, rather than those of the Revolution itself, which did not have sufficient time to follow up on the conceptions as they were proposed. | |
