dc.descriptionEl Derecho de la Responsabilidad Civil o Derecho de Daños cuyo origen podemos encontrar en el Derecho Romano, ha ido, poco a poco, ganado terreno en el interés de los juristas y de la sociedad en general. Como tendencia mundial, aproximadamente, a partir de los años sesenta, lo que se llamaba tradicionalmente Responsabilidad Civil pasó de ser un simple sub-tema del Derecho de Obligaciones a ser una de las materias estrella del Derecho Privado. En este orden de ideas, el Derecho moderno se ha hecho eco de la alarma que indica que ya no queda margen para que el hombre continúe con un desarrollo irresponsable, que atente contra el mismísimo derecho a la vida de las personas y del ser humano como especie.

dc.descriptionThe Right of the Civil or Right Responsibility of Damages whose origin we can find in the Roman Right, has gone, little by little, cattle land in the interest of the jurists and the society in general. Like world-wide tendency, approximately, from the Sixties, which was called Civil Responsibility traditionally happened to be a simple sub-subject of the right of Obligations, to being one of the matters it stars of the Private Right. In this order of ideas, the modern right has made echo of the alarm that it indicates that no longer it is left margin so that the man continues with an irresponsible development, that attempts right against the very same one to the life of the people and the human being like species.
