Beatriz) Resumen La presente investigación permitió diseñar y desarrollar el prototipo de un Sitio Instruccional de Mecánica Racional (SIMER), en formato Web, con propósitos instruccionales y divulgativos, estructurado en seis temas: Estática de Partículas, Centro de Gravedad y Centroides, Momento de Inercia, Equilibrio, Reticulados y, finalmente, Fuerza Cortante y Momento Flector. Este sitio sirve de ayuda a estudiantes y profesores de Carreras Técnicas e Ingeniería, además provee un espacio virtual para la consulta y refuerzo de las actividades de aprendizaje de la asignatura Mecánica Racional 10, conocida como Estática. El diseño del sitio, permite la interacción de los usuarios adaptándose convenientemente a las habilidades de cada uno de ellos. Beatriz) Abstract The present investigation permitted to design and to develop the prototype of an Instructional web site for engineering mechanics statics at ULA (SIMER), structured in six themes: Static of Particles, Gravity Center and Centroides, Moment of Inertia, Equilibrium, truss and, finally, shear forces and internal bending moments. This web site serves of aid to students and professors of Technical Careers and Engineering, besides provides a virtual space for the consultation and reinforcement of the activities of learning of the engineering mechanics statics at University of Los Andes, ULA.
