Política latinoamericana: su inserción mundial (hacia una teoría política Realista-Sistémica-Estructural sobre América Latina)

Abstract

América Latina, históricamente y en la actualidad es una región desintegrada y desarticulada, cuyo desarrollo se orienta en la dirección de las líneas políticas de los dominantes, sean otros Estados o actores transnacionales, que operan desde el exterior o desde el interior y desarrolla y mantiene escasas y débiles líneas políticas de resistencia o autonomía, mayoritariamente no compartidas por todos los Estados y, en muchos casos, boicoteadas por ellos mismos en actitudes disfuncionales hacia los intereses de la región y funcionales a intereses externos.

Latin America, historically and at the present time it is a disintegrated area and disjointed whose development is guided in the direction of the political lines traced by the dominant, be other States or transnational actors that operate from outside or from the inside, and develops and maintains scarce and weak political lines of resistance or autonomy, mainly not shared for the most part of the States of the region and, in many cases, boycotted by themselves in attitudes dysfunctional toward the interests of the area and functional to extraneous interests.
