RESUMEN
El presente informe se refirió a la aplicación de materiales sostenibles en el diseño de espacios
con espacialidad bioclimática para un apart-hotel en Playa Hermosa provincia de Tumbes y tuvo
como propósito hacer una investigación sobre las pautas de diseño de la espacialidad bioclimática
donde se crearon microclimas en los diferentes ambientes de la propuesta. Se tomó como
referencia uno de los principios de la arquitectura bioclimática, que es el uso de los materiales
sostenibles, para minimizar la agresión al medio ambiente y el ahorro energético del proyecto.
En el proyecto con la intención de minimizar el impacto ambiental se busca realizar una
construcción haciendo uso de los materiales del lugar y los criterios ambientales del entorno, tales
como: asolamiento, vientos, vegetación, orientación. De esta manera se puede lograr un buen
aislamiento térmico de todos los espacios tomando en cuenta que en la zona de estudio se
encuentra a una temperatura de 27°C.
Una vez identificadas las pautas y criterios de diseño se realizó un análisis de casos de apart-
hoteles en Latinoamérica, tanto nacionales como internacionales, con características ambientales
y/o climáticas similares al proyecto y lugar de estudio. Teniendo identificado los materiales a
utilizar y el análisis del entorno de Playa Hermosa se diseñó ambientes bien iluminados y
ventilados logrando un máximo nivel de confort dentro de los espacios tanto de día como de noche
respetando los parámetros normativos (RNE) y las pautas de diseño obtenidas en el análisis de
estudio.
