Abstract

Who are the primary parties cnocerned with implementing new telematic systems in the transport sector? This publicacion identifies all potential actors. It then sets out the institutional and legal impilcations the relations between public authorities, private companies, and road users. Finally, it helps public authorities to adapt their legislation to the type of technology selected (radio broadcasting, cellular telephone, beacons).
