Resumen
The spin coating is a process applied to assembly of OLED (organic light emitting diodes) devices. Equipment called as spinner is used, but it presents some problems as: high cost, robust size and vacuum to hold the sample during the rotation. Then, in this work a spinner apparatus with: low cost, portable, low size and without vacuum is presented. This apparatus used a hard disk (HD) of microcomputer and some components only. The intern metallic disk was magnetized and fixed at the shaft motor. A magnet was screwed on the body of HD approaching or departing the disk. Seven different scribes of the magnet contour were carried with pen on the HD body. For each scribe was obtained different rotation speed and measured using a digital tachometer in photo/contact mode. In the process steps of OLEDs devices, the substrate can be hold at axis motor using a tape double-sided tape.
