Diseño del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento para equipo de refrigeración y aire acondicionado en Grupo Poulton

Abstract

A design of a maintenance model is made for the company Poulton Ingeniería, responsible for providing maintenance services in refrigeration and air conditioning. The design is based on the PAS55 standard for asset management models; a diagnosis of current conditions is performed, operations and maintenance strategies are established, indicators are set to evaluate the system, reliability strategies are determined and the requirements of the personnel carrying out the system establishment are determined. The organizational structure, tools and the necessary investment is determined to establish the model. Finally, routines for equipment found in different locals, a strategy for storage is proposed, and documentation necessary for proper management and proper monitoring is provided.
