| dc.description | In the Basic Cooperative Institute "Farms commitment" city of Mazatenango, Suchitepéquez, this research was conducted aimed at di1agnosing student socioeconomic conditions Basic Cooperative Institute "Farms commitment" of the municipality of Mazatenango Suchitepéquez, in order to identify External factors that affect their learning process.
Research performed during the stay of the author, as a student in supervised at the Institute Professional Practice, for which interviews conducted with 26 students who were selected at random, which were complemented by free interviews applied to key informants as: Director establishment, teachers, students and paren1ts. Some data were collected through participant observation the researcher, using the contact with students investigated within the instance of EPS.
According to research the main constraints faced by students to continue their studies, they are economic, social and psychological character linked to teen age. The student profile of the institute indicates that young adolescents are low income, who are forced to work in order to continue their studies. | |
