| dc.description | La presente investigación se realizó en el distrito de Tambogrande, Departamento de Piura durante el año 2008 y 2009, con la participación de los trabajadores de la empresa Sunshine Export SAC. Su propósito fue descubrir cómo mejorar el nivel de productividad en la exportación de mangos a Estados Unidos a través de la evaluación del personal, utilizando el método que mejor se aplique, analizando el nivel de respuesta de la evaluación del personal y determinando su comportamiento. El trabajo se justificó por el interés del investigador y por que no se han hecho investigaciones anteriores. El estudio es descriptivo-transversal, con un diseño de campo. La población fue de 800 personas y la muestra de 230 personas. Se empleo la observación y se aplicó una encuesta formada por 15 preguntas cerradas en escala de Lickert. Los resultados fueron: la productividad en el período estudiado es buena en un 61.9% y el trabajo en equipo es alto en un 91.3%. Concluyéndose que el método de escala gráfica es el mejor método para la investigación y se sujeta a la evaluación del personal; la forma que se puede analizar el nivel de respuesta del personal es a través del trabajo en equipo y la evaluación de personal determina un mejor rendimiento en sus puestos de trabajo | |
| dc.description | The present research was realized in Tambogrande's district, Piura's Department during the year 2008 and 2009, with the participation of the workers of the company Sunshine Export SAC. His intention was to discover like to improve the level of productivity in the exportation of mangos to The United States across the evaluation of the personal using the method that better is applied, analyzing the level of response of the evaluation of the personnel and determining his behavior. The research justified for the interest of the researcher and by that previous researches have not been done. The study is descriptive - transverse, with a field design. The population belonged 800 persons and the sample belonged 230 persons. It was used the observation and applied to them a survey trained by 15 questions closed in Lickert's scale. The results were: the productivity in the studied period is good at 61.9 % and the teamwork is high in 91.3 %. Concluding that the method on a large scale graph is the best method for the research and apply good to the evaluation of the personnel; the form that can analyze the level of response of the personnel is across the teamwork and the evaluation of personnel determines a better performance in their working places | |
