The article discusses the evaluation of the results of the psychoanalytic therapy, considering some criticisms that were issued in american Psychiatry reviews regarding the Psychoanalysis outcome and its efficiency, especially Parloff's (1982) text entitled 'Psychoterapy research evidence and reimbursement decisions: Bambi meets Godzilla'. Because of these recurrent criticisms, the evaluation of prychoanalytic results is a challenge for psychoanalysts. Taking into account this challenge, a reflection is built upon the epistemological territory of Psychoanalysis evaluation.
