Resumen
Two simplified prototype systems for photon-counting measurements in biological experiments, in in-vivo and in-vitro, are presented. Low cost solutions are adopted for the dark-chamber design and for specification of devices, equipments and system control. Further practical applications are presented, being at first with focus on on-line eco-toxicology and seed viability assays. © 2005 IEEE.
