Resumen
Between 1980 and 1994, Mexico's large firms, as well as their workers, have undergone a continuous process of restructuring. Integrated into the production chain at the world level, they have modified their corporate strategies through the development of a network of a variety of alliances, mergers and contracts, at the same time as they have remodeled their production processes, attempting to rationalize them by means of a new organization of work based on quality, productivity and the multifunctional worker.
