| dc.description | Se ha elaborado el Presupuesto Maestro para la empresa COMPAQUE CIA.LTDA., para el año 2017, con la finalidad de mejorar las falencias que posee, tales como el mal manejo, control y supervisión de los recursos, lo que le impide tomar decisiones eficientes, esta herramienta administrativa le permite a la empresa tomar decisiones acertadas y desarrollar estrategias, para dinamizar los recursos de la empresa, además brinda a la gerencia un enfoque acerca de cómo administrar, controlar y medir el aprovechamiento de los recursos que posee. El método que se ha usado es mixto, ya que para la elaboración del proyecto se ha dispuesto de información real que ha sido proporcionada por el personal de la empresa. | |
