This publication provides a broader understanding of Costa Rica´s foreign policy to the Republic of China in Taiwan and the People´s Republic of China as a member of the World Trade Organization. Analyze Taiwan´s domestic politics in the midst of far-reaching political change by democratizing its political system and its economical success.
