Resumen
In the present work the identification and modeling was carried out of the control system of electronic injection of the vehicle brand Kia Cerato model R 1600 GS. For which, information was collected updated on the electronic injection system, through this information was obtained the most relevant elements that intervene in the same, to be analyzed, characterized through computerized packages (MATLAB) as well as, a software (CANPRO) Also thanks to the help of a data acquisition card (NI9862) with an Automotive Diagnostic module. Once, the sensors were characterized that intervene in this system with the actual data obtained, it was possible to work on the different transfer functions that each sensor commands. To later, work on the different processes that intervene in the electronic injection system. The results obtained with the previously mentioned analysis and studied were the appropriate since they were given as a result the modeling of the control system so the ESPOCH could in future create alternative computers. For the validation of the model and final simulation we used a programmable computer (MEGASQUIR II) acquired by the authors of this titration work for the laboratory of the Automotive Engineering School, and as a complement a (TUNERSTUDIO MS) software was acquired for the verification of the found Model, by giving as a final result the correct operation. Thanks to these two software the processes immersed were identified in the injection system, and the information (data) was processed in the toolkit system identification, the same ones that presented with a degree of reliability varying between (60 and 80) % in the percentage of estimation. The study that was performed to these systems in itself should be the most correct and reliable, because it is one of the most important for its function since this is the one that commands the entire electronic system of the vehicle.
