Resumen
This Project research is related to a Maintenance Management plan, which is being developed with a software design through the analysis of CM indicators: Reliability, Maintenance and Availability for the fleet of light vehicles of the Consejo Provincial of Chimborazo. First of all, the study of the current situation of the fleet of vehicles, was carried out with a light vehicles one. The data collected relates to activities of scheduled and corrective maintenance, times used, database of existing vehicles, condition of the facilities and how the administration of maintenance activities in the light fleet is developed, through the application of different surveys to administrative, warehouse, drivers and technicians. Secondly, the calculation of CMD indicators was carried out over a six-month period from May-2016 to October-2016, obtaining results of an average availability of the fleet of 89,44%, reliability of corrective activities of 41,30% Reliability in programmed activities of 39,83%, programmed of 50,47%. Through a fault analysis with tools like Pareto diagram and the AMFEC method was possible to determine the criticality in the systems that are part of a light vehicle. Finally, maintenance software is designed and implemented with an ASP web application. NET, SQL SERVER database and a C# programming language. It is important to use the proposed software permanently in conjunction with the analysis of CMD indicators for the evaluation of vehicle maintenance management.
