Resumen
The objective of this technological proposal is to implement a system of control and remote monitoring in the process of assembly with industrial robot Kawasaki RS003N by means of a GSM network in the laboratory of industrial automation on the Faculty oh Mechanics. The industrial automation laboratory on the Faculty of Mechanics has a conveyor belts system of an IMS (Industrial Mechatronic System) in conjunction with a training assembly part and a Kawasaki RS003N robot. Students, GSM wireless communication was implemented thanks to a communication module CP1242-7, from this can send and receive the SMS control and monitoring of the assembly to start sending a message with the number of required parts, when the board receives the SMS, it will activate a sound and luminous alarm that will warn the beginning of a new process, at the end of this, the board will send another message indicating the completion of the process, it must respond with a confirmation message that will allow the sending new orders, if the process plant is operated the emergency button, the mobile user will receive a message with the text “Emergency stop”, it must reply with another SMS with “CO” instruction to deprogram the process. The robot performs the assembly process via GSM communication without any difficulty while observing on the HMI KTP600 screen simulate the output signals, so it is verified in real time if the robot is working properly. An operation manual was described that facilitates to the student or operator the use of the system of control and monitoring, giving to know the correct use of the system of control and monitoring raised. If no notifications are received during the assembly process, it is recommended to verify that the chip of the GSM module of the control board has available balance to allow to send notifications of the status of the process, in addition it is advisable to check that the number entered to receive notifications Be the correct one.
