Resumen
With the development of this titration project a scale aircraft was manufactured using CNC technology, due to its geometry, it is essential to use the 5-axis machine. In addition to the machine will technically equip the CAD-CAM laboratory. Software was selected based on a weighting chart where multiple elements were assigned on the basis of design and flexibility criteria, and NX software selected. The aircraft is a model on a prudential scale of data and real dimensions with the help of a template of the selected design. With the established model the G codes have been obtained from the NX software. So, it is necessary to insert the basic geometry, the blank, dimensions and selection of the kind of tool. Finally, a simulation is carried out to verify that the parameters are appropriate. The aircraft a scale is machined in the wood and CNC machine HY-3040 China Mini CNC router Machinery CNC 5 Axis, the line of G codes with a considerable number that are introduced into 5 groups. Previous speed and advance calculations, cutting tool had been conducted. At the end of the mechanized, a model with exact dimensions and geometries to the design was obtained. The manufacturing process lasted a time of 1 hour 55 minutes and 23s. This result was thanks to the construction of the model in a machine of 5 axes because of its complex geometry in another machine may be impossible. In order to obtain a piece with a good surface finish it is advisable to calculate the appropriate cutting speed according to the diameter of the tool, the simulations in the software are fundamental for the control of possible failures in the mechanized.
