Resumen
In this research work, the compressed air network for the Company “MANSER” has been redesigned, this reengineering aims to present a proposal of an improved system, capable of replacing and improving the shortcomings of the compressed air system with which currently they are working. The development of this work begins with an analysis of the current situation of the compressed air system that exists the company, them a reengineering analysis is made taking as a starting point the demands of consumption, the size of infrastructure, the number of air intakes, current regulations and the operator’s comfort to carry out their daily work. It includes the selection of compression equipment, purification equipment and distribution equipment, a calculation memory for pipe selection, the respective calculation to know the losses caused by length and accessories of the network, also it will find the requirements for this functioning properly. It was recognized that the company needs a new system that consist of a compressor equipment a distribution network and 10 air intakes; In addition to this, they include their respective plans for their construction, a manual and a cost scheme that will have this implementation. The technological proposal delivered in this research work brings with dimensions of safety, air quality, system ventilation, maintenance of the network, sufficient capacity for an increase in both pressure, flow and adequate distribution of the supply. Qualities that make it optimal for its implementation in this bodywork company.
