Resumen
The objective reached with this project was the Design of an inmotic system for control,
monitoring, security and energy saving in the campus of Engineering and Architecture of the
Universidad Tecnologica Indoamerica. As a function of the documentary review of the
guardianship binnacles, it was found that the campus had multiple eventualities in the field of
security and energy consumption that directly affect the institutional image and operating
expenses, the objective was centered on a distributed architecture base on the EIB protocol. It was
sought to control the lighting of luminaires under the consideration of the natural sources
incidence and the presence of personnel in the areas, as well as to monitor the different security
variables. As a result, the plans of the Institution System were obtained, including the location of
different sensors for each one the areas, the inmotic lines to which the sensors belong and the
inmotic zones in which the different lines are found. The system performance will reduce the
electric energy cost and increase the personnel safety level. It is recommended to implement the
inmotic system due to the level of saving generated.
