Resumen
The present Word of qualification shall submit the design and front structural simulation of the Alpha bus 700 in the Company Metal Pillapa for interprovincial transport non-linear field using ANSYS. A quantitative methodology will be handed which is based on the conduct of surveys and interview, in the which clarify the doubts concerning to the main problem, It will get a simulation and analysis through software, to determine the behavior of the front structure of a subject to a condition of frontal impact according to international standars. As well as the most critical elements of the coachwork. For the simulation process was used the ANSYS software with its module LS-DYNA, with what applies the dynamic explicit that offers the program, by virtue of the dynamics characteristics of the phenomenon of impact, where high deformation are produced in very small periods of time, first, it is built the model of the coachwork in three dimensional drawing (3D) using SpaceClaim, then applying the boundary condition; speed, loads, restriction of movement, and finally, we obtain the results for its respective interpretation. The process of validation of the results obtained in studies are in relation of the parameter of the Hourglass and the method of checking for structures selected “Flanagan-Belytschko Stiffness” that allowed to validate the study.
